  1. Great show, love the fact Channel 4 is embracing the digital age by offering any time viewing of a number of its shows, including the ever popular Peep Show. A few things, however, do not really add up. Why was the download based version cancelled? For some of us without great connections, it was a true blessing being able to download the program and watch it when it had finished, rather than try to stream it from the server which often resulted in constant freezing and unwatchable content. Secondly, why is the picture quality so much worse than your main rivals? It is considerably worse than the tv broadcast, as well as the potential pirated copies available. Lastly, is it not possible to try and find some sort of digital rights management that is not linked to one chain? I am aware you are using the Microsoft DRM, meaning that users who are on linux, mac, or any other platform cannot make use of the service. I am sure you are aware that this accounts for a increasing amount of your viewer populous. Regards, Richard.
