  2. the film was great..giving many others a chance to believe in themselves a bit more, and understand that brain injurys or strokes .doesnt mean that life is over.. i have faced many ..choices in my repairing brain..sit give up become a patient..think life is over..your brain damaged no one will understand.. martin weitze sarah and fantastic film crew listened to my mixed up world of a mixed but happy mind... there was so much we talked about ..but every thing cannot be in the film.. but sarah was open and free with understanding the changes that had hit me. memory loss..forgeting names etc.. being honest i found it all humerous.. as .ha. old friends see,s the appearance of the tommy they knew before. but after they talk with me.. they are looking at me strangley as if i am kidding them.. its not hard after a while.. for my old friends to understand the changes in me.. and they are really honestly happy for me and .encourage me to keep showing my..good bad ugly works ha.. i am not an artist of any sort.. have had no training. i have no concept of mixing paints or sketching..or preplanning...i just connect with anything i see and paint carve write rhymes , cant stop the creative urge ha,, 8 years on i am still creating as fast as i did in 2001.. painting the mind gives the viewer an insight into positive thinking about stroke head injurys.. and recovery such as myself and jon sarkin and many others. hopefully i will be lucky to work with focus productions martin sarah and film crew again..i like to talk to people ask questions and be asked questions. i have no barriers.. see what i mean folks i talka to mucha.. take care all. next film. tommy flew over the cuckoos nest. ha. tommy mchugh
