P Diddy acts as judge and mentor in this reality TV series that sees him turn the fortunes of 14 new artists around as they compete to become signed to his record label.
The 14 upcoming artists will be helped by industry movers and shakers along the way who will also advise P Diddy on who to select as his winner.
