In 2008, Steve Wright was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murders of five women from the Ipswich area. His unsuspecting partner Pam was left to pick up the pieces of her shattered life.
Tanya Freedman's debut film follows Pam over two months as she makes a new life for herself after leaving a police safe house. But even after she's moved 200 miles away, Pam feels unable to escape her shared past with Wright.
Tanya follows Pam as she prepares to visit Wright in prison and makes an emotional return to Ipswich.
