Series Summary
Mr. Harold Pye, a retired bank manager, has embarked on a private crusade: a mission to bring peace and love to a tired and cynical world.
The chosen community for his momentous experiment is the tiny island of Sark, where he arrives determined to bring to an end all the feuds and enmities on which the island's small, enclosed community thrives.
