Series 1 Summary
Six-part comedy chronicling the misadventures of two roving former bouncers. Paddy is a red-blooded male, with an endless supply of dodgy chat-up lines and an inexhaustible sexual appetite. Paddy 'has his needs'. Max, shorter on experience of women (although more experienced with short women) is the 'brains' of the outfit. Which is a worry.
The boys need a new TV. Gypsy Joe knows where they can find one, but he's going to need some help to get it...
Paddy gets involved in the world of adult movies, but soon discovers that all is not as it seems. Back on the road, disaster strikes when the motorhome breaks down.
Max (Peter Kay) bumps into one of his old school friends, only to discover a dark secret that turns his life upside down.
Max (Peter Kay) and Paddy (Patrick McGuinness) are in prison... and, as if that's not bad enough, they have a very unwelcome visitor.
Down on their luck, Max (Peter Kay) and Paddy (Patrick McGuinness) hit a bit of unexpected good fortune... literally.
In the final episode of the series things go from bad to worse as Max (Peter Kay) and Paddy (Patrick McGuinness) get caught by a speed camera.
