John Tindall uses a robotic bear, built by a special effects expert, to simulate an attack by the real thing.
Letting it loose on trees, cars and a human dummy, he replicates the damage that would be caused by one of nature's largest carnivores.
He also also interviews experts, including a medical examiner well-versed in the injuries bears can inflict, and the survivor of a real grizzly attack.
