Series 2 Summary
In the second series of Make It or Break It, Payson is feeling cut off from her family and friends. Kaylie, meanwhile, is reaping all the benefits of being the national champion and having MJ as her manager. Also, there's shock in the team when the new coach is revealed.
Payson is at home with a broken back feeling cut off from her family and friends.
Kaylie, meanwhile, is reaping all the benefits of being the national champion including having MJ as her manager.
But when MJ asks her and Nicky to pose as a power couple to boost publicity, Nicky is sceptical. Will he do it?
The national committee visits the Rock to announce that Marty will be the coach instead of Sasha. Upset that Marty has been chosen over Sasha, Emily, Kaylie and Lauren devise a plot to get Marty fired by making him look bad in front of the committee.
Kaylie and Nicky are asked to take part in a photo shoot for a top teen magazine.
Kaylie is thrilled when she and Nicky are invited to an exclusive party - but Nicky despises being paired with Kaylie.
Payson returns to the Rock, and Kaylie invites Emily and Payson to go to the LA party with her on a private jet.
Emily discovers a blog that is very critical of her, and Payson makes an enemy on her first day of school.
It's Valentine's Day and Emily hasn't heard from Damon in a few days. She's beginning to think she's been dumped...
Meanwhile, Lauren blabs a secret.
Carter offers to help Kaylie practice her Double Arabian now that Nicky is gone.
Payson invites the girls to her house to help her school friend Heather make decorations for the prom.
After hearing that Lauren, and Kaylie don¿t have a prom of their own to attend, Heather invites the Rock girls to the Taft High school prom. Later, Lauren discovers some unsettling news about her dad's love life.
Sasha tells Emily, Kaylie and Lauren that their shot at going to the Olympics depends on their ability to compete in China. After being left behind from the London meet, they must prove to Marty and the National Committee during practice that they are needed to beat China.
Later, Payson and her parents meet with Dr Clijster, to discuss new surgical procedures and Lauren tells lies about her her dad.
Payson is back training with Emily, Kaylie and Lauren.
Sasha tells the girls that the Chinese gymnastics team will be flying over to compete with them.
Lauren returns from China and realises how much she needs her friends at the gym. Payson and Emily help each other with their fears.
Kaylie decides that she will not compete in the invitational after catching Lauren and Carter embracing.
Can the girls persuade Kaylie to put her feelings to one side and take part in the competition?
The girls, who've been nicknamed the 'Rock Rebels' since beating the Chinese team, take part in a magazine photo shoot which embodies their new rock and roll look.
Payson is still working on her comeback but Ellen turns up at the photo shoot with some chastening news; they've been suspended from competing.
Later, Kaylie visits Carter to plead to give their relationship another chance. Will she get one?
The Rock girls are preparing to leave for France. Lauren persuades Emily to go and visit Dam in Paris, but does she have an ulterior motive?
Payson performs her routine and Lauren tries to make amends with Kaylie.
The girls are back from France; Payson has a confidence crisis; and Kaylie coaxes the team to forget about boys and focus on gymnastics.
The team at the Rock are gearing up for the annual Rock banquet. Lauren campaigns for the Rocky gong - the award for the most popular girl.
Summer tells Kim that she is uncertain about her relationship with Sasha. Lauren hires a star choreographer, Lacey Grimes, for her floor routines.
Sasha takes Payson to the ballet to inspire her, and Kaylie asks Ronnie and Alex to manage her career.
Lauren sees Chloe leaving the Tanner house after spending the night with Steve and complains that Chloe isn't setting a good example for them.
Kaylie is still obsessively working out in an effort to lose weight. Sasha invites Summer on a date, but they agree to keep it a secret.
Lauren begs Chloe not to tell her dad that she's had sex with Carter.
Kelly Parker notices that Kaylie has lost a lot of weight and tells Beals that she's getting too thin. Payson goes to first ballet class, where she has a difficult time being graceful.
Lauren is angry with Steve for funding Emily's scholarship; Austin worries about Kaylie when she almost faints; and Payson spends more time with Sasha.
Razor and Chloe pick Emily up from jail after she's detained for stealing medication to give to Brian.
Steve is protective of Lauren when he finds out that she's slept with Carter; Lauren tries to meddle with the love triangle between Sasha, Kaylie and Summer; and Sasha is concerned about Kaylie's weight.
Sasha is suspended until further notice and Ellen Beals takes his place as the girls' coach.
The world team trials date has been moved forward and now clashes with Emily's court date. Will she be able to compete?
Summer and Steve support each other; Austin worries about Kaylie; and Sasha asks his dad for help.
