Kirstie's in Northamptonshire helping married couple Rinku and Sunder. They've been living in a family-owned property for the last three years, but the family have new plans for the land, the bulldozers are inbound and it's Kirstie's challenge to get them into their own home in time.
They have £300,000, but with Rinku's fussiness about the house, and Sunder being fussy about the garden; Kirstie has her work cut out.

Kirstie and Phil hit Manchester, where last year house prices rose faster than anywhere in the UK, including London. Kirstie is with Katherine and Andrew, who are looking for a property they can renovate into their dream home.

Phil is sleuthing the southern suburbs for couple Sarah and Claude who have their hearts set on desirable Didsbury.
