Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer head back to check up on two sets of demanding house hunters.

First up are lottery winners and millionaires Roger and Lara Griffiths. When Phil first met them their lives had just changed beyond their wildest dreams when they won almost £2 million. With exacting requirements and a big cheque burning a hole in their pocket, it was one search that was never going to be straightforward.

The second catch-up is with Anjie Tilley, an ex-army major who, having travelled the world, was ready to settle down. She was looking for a dream property in beautiful Yorkshire near her friends and family... but not too close! With a generous budget of £400,000 it shouldn't have been too much of a problem, but with 40 rejected properties under her belt Anjie may have other ideas.
