  2. Brilliant - Being unable to watch Working Lunch due to the terrible new format I happened to flick channels and found the Life Class. I ran for my sketch book and have not stopped sketching since! Thankyou Channel 4 - I have my passion for producing artwork again! I am looking at local evening classes & also life drawing classes. For those stupid ignorant people complaining in the media - grow up and here's the obvious thing flick the channel over - noone is forcing you to watch Channel 4! I would like to challenge these mentally challenged individuals to pick up a pencil & actually draw what they see and feel the beauty in creating something - they might realise that there is nothing indecent in life drawing - they might even learn something! More programmes please!

  3. Brilliant idea and extremely useful to amateur artists like myself. The comments and advice were very helpful. I also think the timing was good ( ie the time of day) because it is a particularly quiet period when those interested would not expect to be diverted by other things.

  4. If you allow your 4 year old son to watch TV unsupervised then it is entirely your fault and yours only if he sees something which you would rather he didn't. Also, nobody is forcing you to turn your TV on at 12.30 and switch to Channel 4, there are many buttons on both your remote control and TV set which can gently guide you away from this programme. Either way, I fail to see how it could possibly affect children to see a human body in a completely non-sexual manner for the purposes of creating art.

  5. is this right that my 4 year old son can turn the telly on and view this??? put this rubbish on after the watershed if it really needs to be on. little girls also can put it on and see naked adult men???? this is soooo wrong. if people want to paint nudes go to a class instead of forcing the rest of us to watch this rubbish.
