The children have left home, the dog's died and the London commute is getting even more unbearable, so for photographer Chris Pink and teacher Mary Baker, it's time for a radical life-change. Inspired by their passion for herbs, they swap Catford for Cornwall to take over a 3 and a half-acre herb farm.
