Kirstie's Vintage Gems
Kirstie Allsopp begins her mission to transform a dilapidated country cottage in the kitchen, drawing inspiration from Lanhydrock House.
Kirstie Allsopp is renovating three bathrooms: a downstairs loo, a family shower-room with a seaside theme, and a luxury movie-star-style main bathroom suite.
Kirstie takes on two rooms: a grown-up sitting room and a playroom for the children. For inspiration, she noses around the opulent Port Eliot, a Grade I listed stately home.
Kirstie turns her attention to the bedrooms, and for inspiration she visits the Cotswold home of fabric and wallpaper designer Vanessa Arbuthnott, a flat in Hove and Maunsel House.
In the final programme, Kirstie Allsopp has nearly finished transforming her run-down country cottage in Devon into a beautiful homemade home, so she turns her attention to the garden.
