    Kirstie explores our very own home grown grub and finds out the recipes to classics like the Cornish pasty, Yorkshire pudding, and brawn. Pig Farmer and brawn expert Jennie Whitely is on hand to show Kirstie how to successfully use up all parts of the pig - a process not for the squeamish.

    In her element when willow weaving with specialist Eddie Glew, Kirstie faces some stiff competition in the hard craft category at the Chagford Show in Devon. Fellow competitor John is making an extraordinary mosaic elephant and Yvonne an exquisite mosaic landscape.

    Kirstie is at the Chagford Show in Devon, which she has visited many times but never taken part in. This time she decides to enter a homemade elderflower cordial into the garden crafts competition.

    Kirstie Allsopp enters the single cake class at the Devon County Show with her very own Caribbean cake recipe. In the cut throat world of master bakers, nothing gets past the judges, and a fellow competitor's beetroot cake raises some eyebrows.

  • Episode 15 - Beeswax candles, handscrub and silver clay

    At the Devon County show Kirstie learns about beekeeping and making beeswax candles, as well as discovering the deceptively simple secret of homemade handscrub.

    She also tries her hand at crafting jewellery in silver clay - an ideal way of making beautiful and unique but inexpensive gifts.

  • Episode 16 - Meat and Veg

    As a surprise for some guests, Kirstie makes two delicious mains: roast beef with mulled wine gravy; and for the vegetarians, masala cauliflower with coconut stuffing.

  • Episode 17 - Candy

    Kirstie travels to Manhattan to make candy canes and lollipops at artisan sugar crafter Papabubble, while back in the UK she discovers how to create perfect passion fruit marshmallows covered in chocolate and coconut.

  • Episode 18 - Bookbinding

    Using new leather off-cuts as well as recycled leather coats, decorative paper and cartridge paper, expert bookbinder Isabelle Ting helps Kirstie make a notebook as a gift for the special man in her life - Phil Spencer.

  • Episode 19 - Mulled cider and limoncello

    Cider-maker Andy Thomstone shows Kirstie how to make a winter version of one of our favourite drinks, and to make use of any leftover lemons, there is a recipe for the Italian favourite limoncello.

  • Episode 20 - Sausages

    Kirstie battles it out at the Nidderdale Show with her sausage competition entry. Will her caramelised onion flavour win over the judges?

  • Episode 21 - Gelatine Jewellery

    The ladies at Merched Y Wawr, the Welsh version of the Women's Institute, show Kirstie how to make pretty petals using gelatine.

  • Episode 22 - Damson Jam

    Victoria Cranfield, who has won gold medals for her jams and jellies, leads Kirstie through the torturous task of removing every stone by hand as Kirstie learns how to make damson jam.
