The cameras return to Jamie Oliver's restaurant to see how the 15 young people he took off the dole are progressing. On the surface the new restaurant is a huge hit.
Some of Jamie's trainees aren't attending classes and others aren't up to scratch. The size of the problem is apparent when 11 of the 15 fail their first exam, the NVQ 1.
Having whittled them down from over 1000 applicants, the final 15 are announced and with no time to waste, training begins at Chef School where they'll learn the basics.
As selection process begins, reality dawns: the kids do not look like future chefs and they don't appreciate the tempura oyster Jamie prepares to test their passion for food.
