Episode 1 - The Ultimate Burger
Jamie's joined by his friend Christian, AKA DJ BBQ, as he reveals his ultimate burger and the recipe to his secret sauce.
Episode 2 - The Ultimate Cheese Toastie and Chicken Tikka Masala
Jamie is joined by his friend Gennaro to make the perfect bolognese ravioli. Jamie also creates the ultimate cheese toastie and offers his take on the nation's favourite dish - chicken tikka masala.
Episode 3 - Steak and Onion Sandwich and Osso Buco
Jamie makes sticky toffee pudding with his mum Sally. He rustles up a comfort food with the perfect steak and onion sandwich. And he cooks an Italian classic, osso buco with saffron risotto.
