1. I love Gok; however I was disappointed that the episode was basically a repeat of last years show with a short five minute chat at the end to update us on what Rachel had done since. If you want to show repeats thats fine but please dont dress it up with the word revisit.

3. I would like to "help" my mum by getting her to feel good about herself, it's her birthday today 11th and she looks like a bag lady. How can i get her onto the show? she will decapitate me if she finds i have done this! Well done to all you inspire :)

4. Once again, I've loved watching Gok. He is fantastic for women as he seems to get that we are trying to live up to an image that is damned near impossible. And we know it's damned impossible but still we try. Fabulous. Love his view of women. MORE GOK ON TV!!!
