Meet 46-year-old Susan Sharpe from Yorkshire. At size 16, she's the average for a British woman, but she feels that her curves are out of control.
'It would take about six bottles of wine,' says Susan, 'to get me into a dress.'
In fact, she hates her body so much that she never looks in a full-length mirror and hasn't let her husband Robert see her naked for five years.
Not only has Gok got to make her look good with her clothes on, he's also got to show her how to look good with them off.
His first challenge is to get Susan down to her baggy smalls in front of three enormous mirrors. But no sooner has she faced one fear, than Gok makes her confront another.
Can he manage to get Susan into a dress, without resorting to alcohol?
