  6. dear gok, i would like to say that you are amazing in what you do, and you make so many people feel so confident, and i think thats brilliant! i like the fact you make people so happy on the inside aswell as on the outside, if it wasnt for you they would be so many people feeling low about themselves, but you inspire people to feel amazing. i wanted to go see you at one of your book signings the other week but couldnt get there, i was well gutted, proper just wanted to see your smiling face. ive got low self esteem and always feel like im not good enough, i hate my body and i always wear the same kind of clothes all the time, my sister says theres nothing wrong with me but when i look in a mirror everything i see is discusting, i want to feel more confident but i dont know where to start. HELP PLEASE x

  8. Gok, you are my Genie in a Bottle, watching your programme on T.V. and reading Information on your Site on "How to Look Good Naked" has been a Life Saver for me. I watched it in New Zealand and a year ago I came to the United Kingdom to Marry. For me it has been overwhelming because I suffer from Agoraphobia and Panic Attacks, so I have never been interested in Fashion. Now I'm 50 yrs old and with a New Husband, I want to Feel Sexy.

  11. Gok... I would love to be your best 'girl-friend'... your show is amazing and you always put the girls at ease, whatever their hang-ups, and present their true beauty by the end of the show.... I am 54 and feel about 40... sometimes I look in the mirror and wish I could turn the clock back, but I have recently lost weight and feel good about myself... clothes are difficult to find, especially now that Principles has gone... dresses are too short these days for me, and I feel that leggings are a big NO..

What Gok does is amazing and I didnt realise all the other projects he does aswell and boost peoples confidence! As an amateur photographer, would love to help on a 'naked shoot' sometime and feel like I was helping in some small way!

  26. go i love the show you are a inspiration your the god of tv, being large yourself at some point in your life has made you confident in yourself and you make women feel good about themselfs. But.... i know u would never make me as happy as you do the women on the show, i have watched loads and loads of your programms and have never seen my problem, i have fat legs, i have had three children and try keep my cloths fashionable but i cant find jeans to fit, i get a 16 and there too big on the waste and i get a 14 and cant get them over my legs, i hate having fat legs, i dont know anyone else with fat legs i used to get called tree trunk at school, i know i have strechmarks and flab but i aint too bothered with that its just my legs.. so get sme larger women on the show, oohhh and more men in underwear..lol love u x

  27. Dear Gok I am 50 in december. I have never been much good at shopping for clothes. Lately thought I have been buying cloths and I have a thing for shoes. A bit hit and miss with the clothes but I am trying. The shoes I like are all with killer heels do you think I am to old to wear shoes so high. I am having a party for my birthday and still looking for the right outfit wish me luck. I love you shows just wish I had you to go shopping with

  28. I know that I should be grateful for the figure I have, I'm told often enough, however I can't help but look in the mirror and see fat thighs, a huge bum and small boobs. I also know that my mum's low self esteem and a verbally abusive ex-boyf did not help, but after watching Auntie Gok (and I do want to adopt him into my family) I know I shouldn't be so harsh on myself. I wouldn't treat a friend this way. Love you Auntie G xxx

  30. GOK WAN thank goodness for you!!!! You make us gals feel wonderful and beautiful!!! I wish you could do that for me as I have an hour glass shape but it's gone from having a baby,I'm 24 and I am currently on weight watchers and doing very well, but struggle to find the right clothes to wear as I am losing my weight because I want to look good in the meantime, so if you could give me some tips or mention some on the show that would be wonderful! Good luck with your petition, I have signed it because I believe you can help, It would have been nice to of had that help when I was at school because we had pressure to have the perfect figure, I will get as many people as I can to sign! Keep up the wonderful work you do for us women! Just an idea but there must be men out there who do not feel good about themselves so why not do a show about men. You are a great Inspiration! Thank You.

  31. I find your wonderful show just so emotional; I have never got to the end of the show without tears in my eyes. You have such a special gift of knowing exactly how to make people feel good about themselves, not only the main star, but also your naked groups! I am beyond hope but thank goodness for you helping those who have still got that little spark of hope in them. I think you could have more bigger ladies on the show - my shape is an orange and I really don't know what will help or suit my figure, so any advice you can give through your show would be most appreciated. Keep up your inspiring, essential and wonderful work. Oh, by the way, I am a teacher and have signed your petition, a very very positive way forward for our next generations. Love you!

  32. Dear Gok, I love every one of your shows. It is so very inspiring - you are a real gem of a talent to make over ordinary looking women. I think alot of it is to do with your special ability to make them FEEL good & beautiful, and internalising positive feelings will naturally make one look good. It goes to show that looking good doesnt have to be costly. I often fall into the trap of wearing the wrong things, too. Managed to learn alot from you. Wonderful naked photos-in good taste; Your show is hugely entertaining. Any chance of knowing how to track down Jamie Stevens, who is also wonderfully talented. Keep up the FUN, FUN show. Makes all of us ladies feel good about ourselves.

  33. I would love to see a few more women with cellulite, and as other ladies have commented a bit more variation in shape would be good. My figure is not particularly bad but I hate my bum and thighs and would never get naked and do the catwalk thing because of it.

  38. I love to watch your programes they make me feel better about myself iam 34 have two children and dont make the most of what I. that was until I watch the state of the ladies you deal with some are better bodied than me and some arent, I now make alittle more of what I have [boobs in my case as long as my bra is good] better clothes and make up on, there is no point hiding what you got no matter if it boobs or bum show it off, and if others dont like it well dont look then!!

  40. i would be the biggest challange yet for the wanderful gok. i have very low self asteme due to my very unusual figure. i do watch gok all the time he is on and i do get tips but still never feel good about myself at all. the way i discribe myself is small, fat, lob sided and ugly. i would love to look just half way good but feel i never will. i try so hard to diet but never get very far. if there is ANY WAY you could advice or help me i would be forever in your debt. i have tried on many occasions to get intouch but never had any luck so far. i still live in hope though. i have a wanderful husband who try's to say all the right things but i never believe him. i feel he is just too kind. i hope to hear from you soon? if not just keep up the good work with all the others you can help. love you gok take care from elaine
