Sarah had a great figure until the 27-year-old paediatric nurse gained an uncomfortable four stone during her first pregnancy. Nowadays Sarah feels unattractive and inadequate. She constantly compares herself to celebrity mums and her glamorous yummy-mummy mates.

Sarah's hair was dyed a beautiful, rich chocolate colour. A semi-permanent colour was used as it will last longer on Sarah's blonde porous hair and also gives more condition and shine. A colour-care shampoo and conditioner were used after the colour, along with a heat-protector spray and blow-dry lotion.
