This week, Gok takes to the ice in his quest to raise the nation's self-esteem. Here's our guide to the episode.

Thanks to many years as a cabin crew member and professional figure skater, 40-year-old Adele always scores a perfect 10 when it comes to hair and make-up, but her body confidence has taken a tumble.

Years of being judged by her appearance have left her in a spin. Having hung up her skates many years ago and had two kids, Adele's body has changed and she finds it hard to look in the mirror.

Adele yearns to feel sexy once more and gain enough confidence to get back out on the ice, but the mere thought of it has left her frozen.

She's stuck in a style rut and her outfits are firmly planted in the 1980s. The question is, will Gok's crash course in clothing give her the confidence to go for gold once more?

Gok also catches up with Miss Naked Beauty Shona about their campaign to make body confidence a mandatory subject in the National Curriculum. With over 45,000 signatures on the petition, see how they got on when they went to Number 10 to meet former Education Secretary Ed Balls to talk about their proposition.
