Here are some support organisations that offer information about postnatal depression and other issues featured in Help Me Love My Baby:

MAMA – Meet A Mum Association
Offers help for sufferers of postnatal depression by finding sympathy and support among other new mothers. Also helping mums that feel lonely and isolated in motherhood by finding comfort and friendship in the company of other mothers.

House of Light – PND Support
Offering postnatal depression support for mothers and their family.

A membership organisation with support information online for all aspects of being a Mum.

Bliss
Offering support for parents of babies born prematurely, helping both practically and emotionally.

Samaritans
If you’re feeling emotionally distressed and need someone to talk to, you can phone at any time of day or night.

Counselling Directory
A free, confidential service enabling those in distress to find a counsellor close to them and appropriate for their needs.

Gingerbread
Information service for single parents on a variety of issues including childcare, benefits and legal rights.
