Gok meets teenagers who struggle with the idea of being 'normal'.

He meets some inspirational teenage carers, finding himself overwhelmed by their sense of responsibility and self-sacrifice.

Gok supports 16-year-old lesbian Emily in feeling more comfortable in her community, and introduces 19-year-old Daniel to London's Soho, to teach him that there is no one way to be gay.
Throughout the series Gok talks to celebrities, including Mathew Horne, Catherine Tate and Gordon Ramsay, drawing on their own experiences growing up as teenagers.
