  2. hi gok, This is not a comfortable subject for me, but i hope i can explain it simply. About 25 years ago i was involved in a car accident, the result was facial disfigurement to myself and now partial disability. over the years i have gained weight which extenuates my facial scaring, i have the unfortunate dilemma of exercise meaning pain ... but i do try. The main result in all this is i have let myself go totally! and feel i'm an embarrassment to my son, i feel ugly and worthless leading to depression and hiding, so not like me! I also have the added burden of being on a very low budget ..... first time i've opened up about this and my feelings ( without feeling selfish and inadequate )... please don't give me advice on medical grounds as i have heard it all .. i need practical down to earth look good feel good advice. thank you. june

  3. My grandma is constantly on a diet and she says she hates her body in the mirror. She is just under 10 stone and I think she looks beautiful and is not fat at all! I told her about your show but she is too scared to go on it. I saw your elderly special with the 74 year old (older than my grandma) and was wondering what I could do to help her and make her happy. She has so many nice clothes stored up in that wardrobe of hers that she is hoping she will be able to fit into one day. Please help me!! Thank you. =D p.s I watch all your shows and come to the live ones too and I think your awesome! x x x x

  6. Gok, I think that you are the person to change the general fashion industry idea that in winter folk should dress in dull browns and blacks, which to motorists and bikers like myself is an absolute killer with folk stepping out into the road while otherwise distracted by mobile phone usage etc. Individuals that wear light brighter colours give a greater degree of early warning to motorists, which in turn would greatly reduce the currently higher winter death rates for pedestrians involved in road accidents. I make a 110 round trip from Milton Keynes to Central London on my motorbike and even while cruising at 10mph below the 30-40mph speed limits heading home, through London’s darkly light streets, I dread the ‘Brown and Dark Coloured Dressed Brigade’ stepping out in my path at every junction or main street. The Fashion Industry must surely take a fresh look at the responsibility it holds in influencing the masses and the safety of its customers lives. Carlos

  7. Hi Gok, I am a woman of 36 from the Netherlands and last summer/autumn they showed one season of your fashion fix program. Since I am also "grown" since my pregnancy (not that I ever was slim, but as my grandmother always used to say "at least you have something they can hold on to") I could apply a lot of your tips and they really work!! Thank you so much for that! I actually cannot wait until they show another season but as it is always here in the Netherlands with television, no one knows upfront if and when something will be broadcasted. But please keep up the good work for us!! Kindest regards from the Netherlands, Coby Kieft

She is 39 and gorgeous but she just cant see it, she has 2 small children so she hardly bothers with hair and makeup and lives in leggings and big jumpers trying to hide her "wobbly bits". Whenever we go shopping now she wont really buy anything because she thinks she looks frumpy. I just want my mum to find a style that suits her and makes her feel good about herself thank you love jade 19 x X

  16. Hi there, my daughter (16, 17 in March) has a christmas school party coming up but is not sure whether to go or not - she always feels self concious and never feels right with her clothes/hair/makeup. She has been so brave over the years battling ill health (cystic fibrosis, diabetes) which will always be on-going and is very concious of her slightly bloated belly , slim arms and legs. She is such a great kid that i really really want her to feel like the belle of the ball for once in her life. She is just under 5' tall. Shoulder length hair, light brown - any ideas gratefully received - I think it is a slightly formal 'do' and have no idea what kids of her age would wear. Take care and thanks for any info. PS - I need inspiration!!

  18. Hi Gok, Emma here from Ireland. 10 months ago I gave birth to a wonderful baby boy and although I am happy with my new curvier body I have no idea how to dress it. I am only 27. I went up a dress size. I am 5 foot 2 and went from a size 10/12 to a 12/14 the style I used to wear just don't sit right and I am finding it hard to find clothes for a curvy frame that look good on a short body and of course having a child means that I don't have the time to spend hours looking around like I used too. I have long legs and a short back and I am very brave with colour, pattern and texture. I just need a few pointers to point me in the right direction. An email back would be fantastic. Thank you Emma

  24. Hello GoK, I think what you do for women is fantastic, but, have ever thought of working with Women who have a learning disability; well this is your opportunity. Just think of it you could be the one who grasps the opportunity of working with people whose image does not always fit with the rest of society. Come to Abingdon and meet the people I support, to know and work with them is a privilege; they are fun, sensitive, loyal & trusting. It would be wonderful for them to have the opportunity to have a make over or to model fashion just imagine them walking up and down a catwalk (I can). I work with a wonderful team who are great fans of yours; we would all love to see the people we support be given this opportunity to feel good about their appearance and looks.

  28. My goodness! I have looked at alot of your comments and truely understand that some of you are not happy with your body's. Nobody is including me. Thing is life is 2 short to worry about body shape as long as ur healthy & looking after yourself that's all that matters. My mum died at the age of 53 a year ago from cancer, all her life she worried about her figure. She wouldn't go swimming on holiday, wear skirts etc. She was 5'3" and a size 12 and looked stunning. She was on a constant diet and in the end the cancer paralised her and she gained 3 stone b4 she died. I'm not having a go i'm just trying to say live life, have fun! Clothes are pieces of cloth, fat keeps u warm! ;-)

  44. I have also noticed there are no guys, but also there are no lesbians... lesbians have their own style.. I call it andor-chic. I'd like to see women who DON'T want to look feminine. I found that, with my andro looks, a mix of masculine and feminine styles (to the extreme) suits me best and gives me the most confidence. I like to wear bow ties and braces, mixed with skinny jeans, heels and makeup. It doesn't suit everyone but it looks amazing. Can we explore this a bit more? Surely its bodies that are beautiful, not genders.

  49. Hi Gok, watched programme where you revisited a lady who had had a mastectomy and was lovely and slim. I had a mastectomy 15 years ago, was reasonably slim, but had a 36F breast. Breast's don't just stop where the bra finishes above the bust, when you have large breasts you have large muscles holding them in place. So I was unable to wear anything even vaguely low because a part of the muscle was removed above the breast on the side with the mastectomy. Buying bra's was an absolute nightmare and wearing heavy prosthesis even worse. Last year I decided to have the other breast removed and reconstruction (least invasive) on both sides. This has given me so much freedom you couldn't believe. However there is still a slight area that is concave (on the original operation site) which I am likely to have further surgery on. The question is - do I have nipple tattoo's or nipple reconstruction or neither. Now I am major pear shaped as my breast size is rather small and compared to my biggest hips probably 16/18 I desperately want to look slim (which is how I used to be) and struggle constantly with my weight - but love food. I wish there was a magic answer. Help required for a young 66 year old who has young idea's but needs a wardrobe to suit her everyday requirements.

  55. Hi - I'm a 50 woman who has just escaped from a 17 year marriage to an abusive alcoholic. I'm 5'7' and 9st. I know I need to get back out there and socialise. However, I have had my self esteem and confidence battered for so long that i'm absolutely scared that i'll be invisible (that's what my ex husband made me). I know that I am fairly attractive for my age and I love to dress in high heels and fashionable clothes. I need some help to build my confidence and show my assets off to their best. I want a life now and i'm ready to take the step with some help and advice from an objective professional.

  67. i would love to get gok to visit my mum, she raised me and my 2 sisters by herself in the 70's when that was very unusual, it was really hard on her and so she got in to habits of wearing hand me downs, a habit she still has, she always wears tracksuit bottoms the old shell suit type, with the excuse of no point getting dressed up as looking after dogs or horses, but they don't take all day every day. when she's not wearing them then she's wearing my cast off maternity clothes, herwardrobe is full of clothes she never wears. as old and out of fashion she is in desperate need of gok. as me and my sisters can't get her to see what she looks like

  74. I would love to have a gok makeover, but could not do the naked thing. I'm nearly 43 and have really got stuck in a rut. I wear black for work and jeans at home with either navy or black. Unlike most women I only own one pair of shoes a pair of trainers and 2 pairs of boots. I absolutely hate shopping cos everything I wear looks rubbish. I would love to have the confidence to wear a skirt or heaven help me a dress - not worn either of these since my sons christening 12 years ago. It doesn't help when I see something I would love to wear and hubby says but you don't wear skirts - confidence falls back to below zero. The majority of my wardrobe I can't get into anymore but I keep it because perhaps one day..... I would love to apply for a makeover and find out what my shape really is becasue in my mind I am pear, apple, short, big hips and broad shoulders - the only shape I know I am not is tall and skinny. Help!

No. 1 i have recently overhauled my wardrobe in a very brutal fashion (as you often advise in your shows!) throwing out anything that i havent worn for ages and stuff that doesnt fit. I am left with very little clothing to wear! No. 2 i have been invited to a friends wedding and to do a reading. AAArrrgh what to wear? that is the question. I would love an overhaul. 94. "Gok, I would like you to know that you and your show moves me to tears every week. You do such a wonderful thing for those ladies both physically and mentally, it is truley uplifting to watch. I have tried for a long time to reach you myself without any success and so I take my son out shopping with me who also thinks your wonderful and he does his best!. I dont konw wether this forum is here to ask for your help or to give praise but I know your shows are coming to a close now and there are many extremeley worthly individuals in need of your help. If I may I would like to add myself in a last ditch attempt to that list, althougth I have no desire to appear on tv for reasons I will explain. I am a former model, RAF pin up, and Miss Kent Figure Champion in Body Building some 20 years ago. However time and fate have not been kind and after the birth of my first child I could hardly walk and had to have bone surgery on my hip which then created other problems. I did learn to walk again but life has never been the same and I now also have a neurological disorder that is potentaily life threatening. My family has been though hell and back and my husband whom i have been with since i was 13 has really seen my rise and fall and is always reminding me and telling other people how wonderful I used to look which is soul destroying although he doesnt seem to care. I know I can never look the same as I did 20 years ago but what is so frustrating is that not only can I not spend hours in the shops looking for the right clothes because I get so tired, I cannot seem to get anything right when I do buy something. For 10 years now I have put up with the mental abuse and inner own torcher of feeling like a crushed flower and I can take it no more. Although I feel a mess and I do agree with Dave that I am not what I used to be I am a surviver, I would really just like a little help to know how to dress again I cannot take things in from books so please do you thing you could spare a little time for me and I promise if you bring the clothes I will the will power!. Yours most needily

  98. Hi there, I work for a local Hospice The Prince Of Wales Hospice in Pontefract West Yorkshire. A few of our patients with long term life limiting illnesses have got together to form a "self help group". They came up with a fundraising idea of putting on a fashion show using only donated goods from out 13 shops. The twist is that they want to be the models. I type that with a lump in my throat, these people are ill but want to fundraise for the very charity looking after them and thier families. Please please please can you help? Either in person or by sending something i could read out. Having you attached to this would raise the profile higher than we ever could without you. Your's pleadingley, Sue.x

  103. Hi gok, I think what you do is so inspirational and i wish you could help me. i am alergic to shopping if i walk in a clothes store i have no clue where to start and usually just buy something cheap off a sale rack which 'will do'. I would love just once to walk in and know what type of thing would suit me and what to look for. I have a 15 yr old daughter who seems to be doing quite well with style but i do feel i let her down as we don't do the mother daughter shopping trips as i have no clue. they are something i never had growing up due to the loss of my mum at 12 from my life and then living with my nan(who was fabulous but i was a fat kid and had no confidence). thank you for taking the time to read this wishing you all the best lesley

The lads are frontline and will be in daily contact with the enemy. His Regiment was in Afghanistan in 2007 and had a gruelling 6 months losing 9 men. I am a member of a support group for families and friends. We are mainly Ladies who are certainly feeling emotional at the moment. It is very difficult and the tears flow every day. Soooooo I was wondering if you would be prepared to meet these Ladies, we are of all age ranges and could certainly do with some cheering up. You are the Man for that!!! Any advise on hiding puffy eyes, blotchy faces and tips on fashion would go down a treat and we would love to meet you, it would really help. We are mainly based around Bury St Edmunds / Norwich as most of the lads are from this area,. we have coffee mornings and lunches arranged, oh how great it would be if you could find the time to join us. We have some teenage girls in the group who are really suffering at the moment as their loved ones are away. Missing your loved one is one thing but the dangers these men are in is sometimes unbearable. Love you loads,, S.

  109. Dear lovely Auntie Gok My sister and I are in desperate need of the 'Gok' treatment. We're both 5ft and find it really hard to find clothes that actually fit our unconventional size 12 figures. High street stores don't seem to accommodate such clothes for two 30-somethings. A lot of them sell clothes in the petite range but most of the time are too long and very formal so clothes are either scraping on the floor or we look like we're off to the office. We want to look uber-trendy in clothes that fit our bodies, age (and purse) correctly. Please help us Auntie Gok Lisa and Debbie xxxxxxxxx

Michelles wardrobe consists of her work clothes and not alot more because she always finds a excuse not to buy some thing new for her selF, I keep on telling her she is beautiful but she always tells me i am only saying it because i am her husband, i as a frustrated husband is offering you a challenge to show my wife that she is beautiful and to also show her how to look good.

  116. Dear Gok, I desperately need your help. I'm turning 30 end of November and am getting married next March but I recently had a baby in May so still have my baby belly. To be honest I've never managed to choose the right clothes for myself. I get embarressed when I go out as many people ask me when my baby is due (even before I was pregnant)as my belly sticks out and my back is very curved (and I'm small). I would really appreciate your help. 24 items in my wardrobe that I feel confident wearing would just change my life and make dressing in the morning and evenings a much happier experience. I'm Irish but live in the South of France. Please help me Gok! I would appreciate it very very very much!! Thank you.

  129. I'm so glad the next episode is about working clothes. At 5' 10" in heels I can't find a business suit with trousers long enough. I always bought from Next size 10, then their size 8 became the new size 10 but they did do long length. Now their size 6 seems to be the new size 10 but they don't do long length as everyone knows slim people are short - right? I'm so fed up of buying size 8 and then taking them to the sewing shop to get the trousers taken in - they never look right. Please show some suits for us tall, thin women that we can wear to work Gok. preferably with a small flare or boot cut. Thanks.

  135. Hello there. I've been in London for about 3 weeks and just watched the most amazing fashion show ever! Congrats! I'm deeply touched with miraculous things you do in order to make people look great! it's a life changing experience, isn't it? I had a wake up wardrobe call. How do you choose people to take part of such make overs? Pls, pick me up! I'm offering/asking/begging to be chosen. I come from Italy, a place where every woman looks gorgeous and spend so much money in designer clothes. But that's not me . I can't afford expensive cloths (that explains how amazed I am to realize you can look great spending less with high street fashion here! Who says Italians do it better definitely has a lot much more money than me). I've tried hard but nothing seems work for me and I feel so sad. I could use some Gok help !Actually I have the very opposite problem of most women. I'm too skinny and believe me, it's not easy look confident and find things that flatters my figure. All I get is a weird look . I've had serious issues trying to build up a capsule wardrobe that works for me. I'm so tired of wasting time, money and energy. Am I the only skinny girl with wardrobe issues? I do need a Goks Fashion Fix. :)

  139. Hi Love the show and it is so inspiring. I am 28 and have just had my 2nd child a week ago. Could you do a feature or something on post pregnancy dressing. I am finding so hard to dress at the moment. Like most women you put on weight being pregnant then everything starts to sag and drop then you have the 'jelly belly' and trying to find clothes to flatter and fit properly is a nightmare. You stay in fashion and dress nice before you become pregnant and then there are some nice maternity pieces around but then post pregnancy you are in the dark!!!! I think alot of women would benefit from something like this to help boost confidence and show us the best things to wear to stay in fashion. Gok please help make us Yummy Mummys. Tracey :-)

There are more than you think about out there and most are not scary 'wifes panty' wearing monsters but genuine guys who love girls so much they want to be one (some of the time). So give it a thought, think it would be wonderful - while I have your ear, I an a size 14 but my shoulders need a size 16 - whats the best way to disguise your shoulder line if you are a little top heavy? 149. Dear gok i am in desperate need of some gok treatment! I am nearly 23 years old, and in an attempt to beat depression, yet again, i have applied to go back to college. I have suffered from depression and anxiety on and off since I was 17 and as a result i have no confidence. Getting dressed in the morning is one of my biggest challenges. My wardrobe is full of ill fiting, old and very unflattering clothes that i find myself getting upset just thinking about. I no longer shop because i have no clothes to leave the house in for a start, but mostly have no idea what looks good on me. I have become affraid of clothes and usually end up sitting in joggers and a dressing goun all day to avoid my wardrobe. THIS HAS TO CHANGE. I am determined to return to college and get my life back on track. The only problem is, i live in a fairly fasion contious city and the thought of sitting with young, stylish people terrifies me. When i do leave the flat, i usually wear the same thing and then cover it up because i know its wrong. I need to get it right to regain some confidence and feel good about being in public again. PLEASE HELP ME GOK! I watch all of your shows and have found that you dont just help women look good, you help them to feel fantastic about themselves which is so much more important. I need you guru Gok, please help me to put my life back on track. I dont want to spend the rest of my life in a dressing goun like a sad old lady.

  163. hi gok plz can u help me im a young mum of 22 to lil 6 mnth old girl maddison but am on a low income as i am on benefits due to a redundancy. im a size 16, but the problem is wen i was pregnant i bought bigger clothes instead of maternity ones so all i have in my wardrobe are either 2 big, 2 small and out of date now. my style always seems to be black jeans (which are too big and have to be held upo with a belt) black tshirt n flat shoes.i would like ur help and advice on some cheap fassionable essential items for my wardrobe from the highstreet as i would love 2 be a scrummy mummy instead of a scruffy one that i unfortunatly always seem to look like lately. i tend to concentrate on my daughter looking good and fashionable and have seemed to let myself slip.i find it hard 2 save the money and go on a shopping spree like i used to before as i am having to look after a small baby and run the whole house on a vry small budget. i know its not hard to look good because there are a lot of good high street bargains as ive seen from watching your show (which is allways the best thing on tele.) but am finding it really hard and would really love your expertise and guidance please can you help me. i would love to hear back from you as i think at the mo i am definatly a walking fashion diaster xxx

My problem is I have a health issue which prevents me from wearing heels or very flat shoes, this makes it difficult to present my outfits as I would like. I am sure there are others out there with health issues which affect how they wear clothes and shoes. Have you considered a show or series for these people? i am sure there would be lots of takers.

  183. I'm loving Gok's fashion fix but i have one suggestion..clothes always look amazing on tall, skinny models, which is displayed during the fashion show, "designer versus the high street", why not make it even more realistic and attainable by using 'real' women...it would be interesting to see if these designer lables and goks creations looked as good on a normal looking woman!?

  184. I want to thank Jeremy Paxman for his interview of Ambassador Gooderhall about walking out at the Conference on Racism. He asked the crucial question, why is every criticism of Israel dismissed as anti-semitism? This obvious attempt to censor valid and constructive criticism only reflects badly on the values we are supposed to cherish. I have worked hard all my academic life to expose the fallacies of racist thinking and it is quite clear that Israel (like many other countries) was founded on these principles and its violent oppression of others reflects that. Let us be honest and face this and perhaps we can build a genuinely peaceful and multicultural society in the land that gave us the great relgions.

  192. I love all the tips and information but I think it is a tad wasted on me as I am apparently a butterfly but I am tall so all the things don't really go. I am 37 and dress as a boy. My Mum was made disabled when I was 5 and so I was brought up by my Dad and I lack a lot of the feminine ways. I would love to look and act more like a lady as I now have a 3 year old girl and I am afraid of making her a boy too. I suffer with Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction from having my daughter and so can not have anymore children (I wanted 3). I really don’t want to make mistakes and want to feel good. I am 5’10’%u2019 and can not find tops to fit me properly that are not too young or 3 sizes too big just so I can cover my arms properly. I hate shopping as it is too stressful and have been wearing the same clothes for the last 5 years. Can you please help me?

Hi gok love the show, its great to see these womems confidence soaring when they realise they can look good in clothes. personally I spend all my money on shoes most of which I NEVER WEAR because I have the most god awful shaped body and shoes are the only things that fit.I am shaped like a barrel balancing on two sticks I am size 14 to 16 on the bottom and size 18 to 20 on top and my waistline is long so any thing with fitted waist always sits way to high I am 53 years old and have never in my life felt well dressed so would really appreciate any advice on clothes for my body shape. keep up the good work. lol

  198. Hi Gok,the show is great and has got me thinking seriously about getting my look right. However, finding it difficult to find clothes to fit:- 34FF boobs, 5'3" (so not much space between the boobs and the waist!), and thick thighs - so petite sizes are out as they don't fit anywhere properly and standard sizes are too big. Standard cut trousers don't fit properly so I buy high waisted ones so that the waist sits on my hips - it works for me. Additionally, your 'high street' isn't mine, most of the shops you feature aren't available locally, and buying on line isn't fun when you continually have to send stuff back because it doesn't fit. Oh, and at age 52 that knocks out most of the shops that are on my high street too! If you really want a challenge, I'm ready, willing and able to take you on!

  212. Hi Gok, I just wanted to thank you for being such a star! I'm a curvy, larger lady and I love the ideas you've had for us bigger girlies in the past and now, also this present series... Loved the swimming cossie test (I'm now looking at the Marisota website) and I'm looking forward to the dresses next week! Keep doing what you're doing and I'll be a fan for life! A sincere thanks for everything you've opened my eyes to... Take care and lotsa luv, DeDe.

  213. Hello Gok, I have always been in the dark when it comes to fashion. I am sixteen years old and ,even with all the fashion programmes I watch, am still lost. I watch all your programmes and love how you make people feel comfortable in their own skin and look fabulous. I wish that I felt like this. It would be great if you could show what the teenage, student look is and how people can achieve. This might help with my problems and show me how to fit in with my compadres. Lots of Love LuLu XxXxXxXxXx

  220. Loved the show, love Gok - a proper 'HERo' (champion of every 'her' out there). Like everyone, I am obsessed with the gorgeous green and white spotty dress from Hobbs. I think the way you have listed stockists and the items from the show is FANTASTIC - a big thank you guys. One final question - where did the under petty coat come from? What we all love is the shape...

I find it easy to help customers but not ME! I would love to take part in the next show! More of this type of fashion programes... Can't wait for next week..."Well Done Gok"!

Is there any way a show could be based on a more realistic budget for us students?? Thank you.

  243. I am a huge fan of the show and love watching Gok work his magic. However, it has come to my attention that even though Gok is trying to help women of all shapes and sizes, he has not yet helped thin women with their problems of fashion. My mum and I, therefore have trouble trying to take the tips from his show and working them on ourselves, as skinny jeans make us look too skinny and most of the dresses shown make us look out of proportion. It would be very much appreciated if Gok could help the thinner women as well as the curvier women as I am sure that my mum and I are not the only people with this problem. Thanks.

  244. Thank Gok for some balanced all-inclusive fashion tv viewing! I was really pleased to see that there were some plus sized ladies modelling swimming costumes, and good on them. As a size 24 girl myself, I think it's about time people started being more positive about larger women, and less judgmental. Thank you Gok and team for being more realistic and embracing the fact we're not all a perfect 10. Keep up the good work! xxx

  252. 24 Wardrobe items PIECES 1-14 CLOTHING jeans trousers - neutral colour e.g. tan everyday skirt - neutral colour e.g. black 6 tops - different styles, they used 2 each in gold, white and red jacket 1 - base colour e.g. dark brown jacket 2 statement colour e.g. red coat or mac - they had a red trench dress 1 - e.g. black white knit wrap dress - everyday dress 2 - green polka dot woven dress - occasion PIECES 15-24 ACCESSORIES 4 pairs of shoes - black heels, peep toe heels, red flats and metallic gladiator sandals (flat) belt - wide black belt Gloves - red leather long gloves scarf 1 - e.g. silk print statement scarf scarf 2 - e.g. black pashmina bag everyday - statement colour - e.g. red leather bag bag evening - e.g. purple clutch You should dress to flatter your body shape. Tips 1. Choose one statement colour that flatters your skin tone - in the example they chose red 2. Use accessories to tie a look together (hence why almost half the items are accessories) 3. Show off either the legs or the cleavage but never both. Great show/series GOK & team

  280. Great to have the show back and booster the confidence of normal shaped women. At the risk of being controversial though, why does the group of testers have to range from overweight to morbidly obese. As outrageous as if they were size zero to eights. Why not a cross section of positive role models? Esp. when followed by a programme on how much obesity is costing the NHS!

  289. Sorry, but I though last night's show was a bit of a mash-up. Trying to squish the runway competition, a celebrity fashion fix and a new wardrobe for a needy fan all into 1 show was too much. We didn't end up getting enough detail on any of them. The '24-piece wardrobe'- thing is a great idea but I don't think it necessarily goes with this show. Concentrating on FASHION FIX: designer vs high street competition and doing a celebrity fix (loved JSP last night) would be enough. I think it would make a more cohesive show and give time to go into more detail. Oh, also agree with former post saying high street line a little to pricey. Technically FCUK and Karen Millen ARE found on the high street but they are big splurges for most of us! To me, true high street is 'Next, Topshop, and M&S'! Love Brix!!!! I want that Dianne Von Furstenburg safari dress!!

  290. Could you put the tips for a capsule wardrobe on the web site please. Setails about the garments would be a really useful guide, especially for a clothes aholic with a changing body shape! Great programme, inspirational.

  319. Hello gok just a couple of things. your gift for making ladies feel great in them self is so inspiring. they walk out with so much self esteem, which they had lost many moons ago. Your such a talented person the way you put garments so easily together. I fell in love with a scarf you put on the lady with 24 items. it was white with red and blue, very nautic.Could you possible tell me where i could buy one. it was beautiful. Im not sure whether you will get this message, but if you do get chance to read it, please dont stop what you are doing its great. kind regards jacqui

I work for Topshop in Oxford Circus and I often see you in store and would love to have the courage to come up and ask you for your advice. Once again a massive thank you and I shall continue to watch the series with great interest.

  324. Gok is absolutely every woman's best friend! I want him to live next door to me! I sell vintage accessories and clothes and would love to see him do an item on these as they are so gorgeous and give women that unique style that you get with the designer clothes but at a fraction of the price - vintage-rules-ok! Gok rules ok!

  327. Wow, the Gok's Fashion Fix site this year is pretty lean isn't it? Just one pdf on how to change a button, which isn't exactly rocket science. What happened to the great site full of interesting stuff from last year? I know times are tough, but there's not much point in even having a website, and trailing it on the programme, if there's nothing there. I was looking for a page with the capsule wardrobe tips. Disappointed to find such a lack of information.

  332. What a great show! And why aren't you designing a capsule wardrobe with say M & S or Debenhams or House of Fraser so we can all buy 24 garments which work? Couldn't there be a set of "capsules" for each fashion type as well as sizes. I'm a "brick" by Trinny and Suzannah standards so what works for an hourglass or apple is wrong for me. Loved it, loved it - and I'm 60 yrs old and sick to death of looking like mutton dressed as lamb or invisible in a corner! Thank you so much, Gok - hope I can track down the items you chose. Sheila

  334. Help! I need a fashion fix - I gave birth 7 weeks ago to a gorgeous baby girl but am struggling to find nice breastfeeding tops that don't make me look older than my 28 years -plus I have post-baby belly and my backside is horridly humungous! I have a reasonable wardrobe selection of 12-14 clothes, however, I now vary between a 12-16 and feel like I am lil Miss Frump rather than yummy mummy! Any suggestions gratefully received - I am exercising etc but defintiely need help to get to yummy mummy status! Thank you!
