Episode 3
During this episode Gok drops into the Islington Chinese Association, where he helps serve good, nutritious food to his elders. For classes and workshops on wellbeing through traditional Chinese medicine, visit The Confucius Institute. Gok's also invited for dinner at the Chinese Embassy, where he marveled at their intricate and glamorous food sculptures.
Episode 4
In this helping, Gok gets wet with the Raging Dragons, a London-based regatta club rowing traditional Chinese dragon boats.
For his perfect cuppa, he stops by tea emporium The Chinese Tea Company, and for his fresh fish he visits The Fishmongers Kitchen, London W6 7LP.

Episode 5
Episode five sees Gok throw a chopstick masterclass in Chinatown's Café TPT. He also pays a visit to dumpling haven Mama Lan's, where hundreds of the Chinese street food essential are churned out each day.
Episode 6
