The only ray of hope for Michael Murray seems to be that the mysterious Barbara Douglas, having blown cold and cold for some time, has signalled a change in the weather. However, out on the far edges of the city, Jim Nelson, the man who used to upset Michael Murray most of all, is totally unprepared for the information he is about to receive.
