Series Summary

Twelve overweight individuals are walking from the starting line of the Boston Marathon, over 550 miles to Washington DC, for a prize of up to $1.2 million. The more people who finish the course, the more money each person wins.

During each leg of the journey there are luxury reward challenges where the participants can win incentives; and at each elimination, participants can expel a group member who is holding them back from reaching the finish line. But $10,000 is deducted from each competitor's potential prize money with each elimination.
