Tim says: 'This is a Chinese exercise, and it works. My penis grew half an inch in two weeks – but you have to keep doing it for half an hour every day, or the effect won’t last. You’re literally stretching your penis. It’s like stretching an old jumper: you might put it on in the morning and stretch out the arms, but by lunch they’ve gone back to the usual size. Because jelqing doesn’t require equipment it was the cheapest thing I tried, but it was also the most embarrassing, and it does feel a bit wrong.
