Paul is a 34-year-old builder from Doncaster who is married with three children. He’s a real man about town, popular with the locals, and loves nothing more than a good night out in the local bars and clubs.
Only a couple of years ago Paul was obese, his weight topping 20 stone. Horrified at his size, he realised drastic action was required.
After saving hard he travelled to Belgium and had gastric band surgery. He’s been left with an overhanging tummy and man boobs that he’s desperate to lose – plus he hates his large pointed nose.
Paul feels that a change in his appearance will give him the confidence to move up the ladder away from manual work as a builder, into leisure or tourism. Paul has aspirations to look like Peter Andre – in fact he says he and his wife Adele have been likened to Peter and Katie by friends.
