The doctors take on their most challenging cases yet, as they to attempt to rebuild people's bodies and their lives, reconstructing all those broken embarrassing bits with their trademark no-nonsense approach.
Over the series they help people to walk, hear for the first time, or to speak; to rediscover their confidence or their sex lives. They go further than ever by helping some patients with multiple problems by using the very latest in surgical reconstruction and technology.
Dr Dawn meets a man whose testicles are in a twist. A young dad visits Dr Christian with a big hole in his face. Jaya wants to know if Dr Dawn can help her reclaim her voice after an unusual medical condition distorted her voicebox. And Dr Pixie sees a woman who's hoping for help with childhood burns to her chest and back
Across the series, the doctors dissect the goings on of four British lads on a typical week in Magaluf. With a 132% rise in local hospital admissions, the doctors put them under 24-hour surveillance using CCTV, to observe and monitor every drunken move and scientifically analyse how a hard week's boozing and risky behaviour affects our bodies and our lon- term health.
And the EB truck pulls in to Manchester.
Christian helps 37-year-old Adam, who's been suffering with a rare penis problem for ten years and is in danger of losing both the ability to urinate and have sex. Dr Dawn helps Sally, a young mother who was born without ears.
Dr Pixie meets a woman allergic to sperm.
In Magaluf, the doctors examine a typical lads' week.
The mobile clinic visits Cardiff. And Dr Christian opens a café with a difference in an experiment to demonstrate how our eyes may be bigger than our stomachs.
