What to do if you have concerns

If you have concerns about your own health or treatment by a GP you should, if possible, discuss it with your own GP or another GP in the practice to see if you can resolve it. Alternatively you may like to contact the Patient Advice and Liaison service (PALS) at you local Primary Care Trust (part of the local NHS).
