Deal or No Deal

The First £250,000 Winner

Trivia

Laura Pearce on Deal or No Deal

Tuesday 02 December 2008

Laura Pearce was able to safely navigate her way through the 20 boxes in her very special game.

Left with the remaining two, one with £3000 and one with £250,000 it was a brave choice to turn down the banker’s offer of £45,000.

The banker offered the swap, which Laura quickly turned down to stick with her number 6 box saying “My dad is the most important person in my life and that’s his birthday, so no swap.”

Noel opened up the now famous number 6 box and the rest is Deal or No Deal history.

Watch Laura become the first £250,000 winner

  3. Hello, I would love to get on the show, but I would love for really genuine people to get on first, for eg, single parents etc.. but If I ever got the chance to get on and won anything, I would extend our house and spend it on our little boy. Love the Show.

  12. To deal or not to deal? That is the " Catch 22 " Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to deal Or to suffer the slings and arrows of outragious fortune And to go to the bitter-sweet end Yea, I say, rise-up, take arms against Mr Banker Be bold, have faith and repel his delusion Remenber - those who dare, usually win! Bring it on Mr Banker!
