  8. This was the funniest half hour I've had for ages. Really sharp performances by Andrew Brook and Javone Prince and a script that really was 'da bomb, kno wa'am sayin bruv?'. But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Don't listen to them lamers and make it a series. You'd kill it and it'll end up like FM or the dreaded IT Crowd. i.e. Just not funny bruv. But a massive brup brup for da fone show yeh?

  9. I saw this by chance a couple of weeks ago. This is hilarious. It's the funniest 30 minutes of television I've seen in a long time. I hope this turns into a regular series. Fingers crossed!!! LMAO!!

  15. I work in the industry and thought this was spot on - funny very true to life. thought the people playing all parts were fantastic and its great to see the hot chick from ideal on our screens. I really hope they do a full series. I am going to use it as training video in my nxt meeting -MORE MORE MORE PLEASE!

  23. I actually clapped when it was over - I have never been more impressed by the quality of acting, writing, staging, EVERYthing about this screams quality.   29. The lyrics and acting is jokes! i have never stopped laughing it reminds me of 1st yr uni trying to educate the newman's in halls to be street! My favourite comedy plain and simple! Try taking the lyrics out on a night out... Guaranteed banter! haha! I would buy the box set if you made more episodes!

It's a wry look at current trends that doesn't have to go too far to find the comedy because it's already there and Emma Fryer is superb. It relevant because it's on every high street and I laugh because I've worked with it six days a week. Make some more: )

  37. This show is so funny it's untrue. I have not laughed so much in such a long time and I watch this same episode repeatedly and it's still funny every time. I work in the phone industry and have worked in a number of stores on many areas and for more then one company and can assure you this is a lot realer then you think! This is so close to real life it's a documentary. This has to be made in to a full series as there is so many avenues this can go down and is so funny. great cast too!

  40. My boyfriend works in a phone shop, and not only did it give him some ideas (a photo wall of thongs) but he actually said it was so close to reality it was spooky. More of this please - it was so funny we couldn't stop laughing.

  51. My mate and me watched phone shop and were very impressed. Neither one of us are easily pleased and are tough critics when it comes to comedy. This is first class and the characters are brilliant! This is more than worthy of being made into a series which we believe will be a great success.

  82. That was a brilliant piece of writing and observation. tom bennetts face when they explain to him how to sell is priceless. Andrew brookes portrayal of where women shop and javone prince disregard for the pay as you go customer was genius. The line "man up or Kemp down" should win an award on its own.

  98. With Campus last week, just more evidence that British TV sitcom humour is still stuck in a rut of trying to squeeze squirming jokes/embarrassment out of toilet/bottom/self abuse references. It doesnt offend me at all - I just find it desperate now I've passed school age and have grown out of drinking Vimto. I lost the will to watch/live after 2 minutes with the bizarre opening unfunny masturbation monologue. Sure the rest might have been better, but by then you've lost half your viewers who'd turned over to watch Angel Heart again - Mr Grumpy.

  106. We loved this show; just to prove that the comedy was good quality it even made us "over 50's" laugh! This MUST be made into a series - please! The whole cast were brilliant but Javonne Prince was the business!! Just brilliant! Although they were ALL excellent! More please and very soon!

  111. i only just watched this on catch up, it is 10am on a sat morning! my neighbours must think that i have lost the plot!! mr tim 'ashley' westwood is well and truly in the house. my local phone shop is a derwayne heaven!! like everybody else has said, please make this into a whole series, we need more like this. why doesn't chanel 4 have it's own comedy chanel? but it only show's stuff like this, no more 'friend's' or any of the american stuff that we are made to watch. we need to give our own new and up coming actor's a chance.
