Two 'chancers' Chris and Milo set themselves the task of making a TV programme. Unfortunately, they don't have any ideas. Furthermore they are complete unknowns, with no connections and no relevant experience.
These problems are compounded by the fact that the guys can't seem to agree on the smallest detail. Undaunted they decide to chance it. The result is an intriguing insight into how far you can get in television with nothing more than hype.
