Philip Haywood Glenister AKA DCI Gene Hunt can be seen on our screens hurling around an Audi Quattro in the BBC’s Ashes to Ashes. As well as playing the tough detective inspector, he’s also played American Rupert Galvin in the ITV series Demons.
Born in Harrow, Philip was originally persuaded to go to drama school by none other than Amanda Redman. He currently lives in Richmond with his wife and two children.
