The UK's biggest stand-up show in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital is back for a second year.
Dermot O'Leary opens and closes the show with an all-star line-up including: Alan Carr, Andi Osho, Chris Moyles, Dara O Briain, Jack Dee, Jack Whitehall, Jason Byrne, Jo Brand, John Bishop, Jon Richardson, Jonathan Ross, Kevin Bridges, Lee Evans, Mark Watson, Michael McIntyre, Micky Flanagan, Rhod Gilbert, Rich Hall, Sarah Millican, Sean Lock and Shappi Khorsandi.
The show features music from N-Dubz and Irish band Dead Cat Bounce, who perform a special tribute to all those taking part. There are exclusive video inserts from Lady Gaga, Russell Brand, Miranda, Whoopi Goldberg, Glee actors Jane Lynch and Matthew Morrison, along with James Corden and Sir Patrick Stewart.
