Channel 4's Comedy Gala in aid of Great Ormond St Hospital is back with an unrivalled all-star cast from the world of comedy.
To kick things off, Alan Carr, Miranda Hart and Warwick Davis join dance troupe Diversity to showcase their own style of fancy footwork.
Kevin Bridges explains that in Scotland dogging and truanting actually mean the same thing, Michael McIntyre gives the cameraman a workout by skipping about the stage, and Russell Brand gets up close and personal with the audience.
Other famous faces taking to London's O2 Arena include Adam Hills, Jason Byrne, Jo Brand, Jonathan Ross, Josh Widdicombe, Jon Richardson, Jack Dee, Lee Evans, Nina Conti, Rhod Gilbert, Paul Chowdry, Paddy McGuinness, Seann Walsh, Tom Stade, plus VTs from Noel Fielding, Keith Lemon, Terry Mynott and Jack Whitehall.
