David Mitchell is best known as the other half of the comedy duo Mitchell and Webb. After meeting at Cambridge University's Footlights, the talented twosome now co-write and star in the hit show Peep Show, where Mitchell plays boffin Mark Corrigan.

Sunderland lass Lauren rose to prominence in the late nineties with teen punk band Kenickie, which had four Top 40 hits, and a Top 10 album. Since then she's released a solo EP, played at Reading Festival, and hit the Top 20 as vocalist on Mint Royale's song, 'Don't Falter'.

Jimmy Carr first hosted his own TV show in 2002 with the comedy classic Your Face or Mine, where contestants had to rate the attractiveness of audience members to win money (which wasn't as cruel as it sounds).
