  1. Loved it. Thought Rhona was great I'm not surprised she looked fed up in the beginning who would want to live like that? Really good show. More please channel 4.

  2. Thank you Channel 4 for finally bringing us a shining example of rounded, successful gay women in a loving, respectful and communicative relationship. So many times, the gay community is represented as confused and promiscuous which is absolutely not a true reflection of the people I meet within that community. Hopefully, shows like this will continue to help change people's opinions as Suran (what a legend!) helped to change Vivian's, in a tolerant and informative way. There's no point in automatically disregarding these types of people, they are just ignorant, have been mis-informed and need educating, which Suran did brilliantly!! More of this please Channel 4! A pleasure to watch! Lisa C (a successful, proud young gay woman in a loving relationship.)

  4. this was one of my favourite wife-swaps ever! iv always been a huge-fan of stan boardman-(funny as anyone iv ever seen)- also came accross as a "superb-man"..just finds it hard to express his feelings sometimes! although i laughed like mad at times during this swap-my estimation of stan boardman went up hugely-incredibly funny but terrific guy too. great show. one of best wife-swaps ever.

  5. Speaking as a gay woman I'm pleased to say Rhona and her partner came across as a lovely couple, and the programme made excellent viewing. Viv Boardman is a lovely lady and hopefully Stan will continue to treat her in the way that Rhona suggested.

  6. This was fantastic watching-through-fingers television. While I absolutely diagreed with Viv's initial opinions on gay couples having kids it was good to see her overcome that prejudice (and quite a few others!) and also for Stan to stop taking her for granted. Oh, and I absolutely <heart> Rhona and her OCD-ness.

  7. Brilliant TV. Stan is a legend, lets see more of him on the box please. His wife was so brave to be on tv and so glad she changed her opinion for gays having rights to adopt. What an honest, beautiful witty lady. Rhona should stick to her moaning she's better at that than her comedy!

  8. What was said in the programme (07.06.09) was disgusting, as someone in a very loving lesbian relationship for almost nine year I think the comments made regarding lesbians having children was shameful, and I wonder why you chose to air such disgusting comments, I would like to say that we have three children, who are perfectly happy!!! I can not believe that people stil have such nasty opions whilst I agree in freedom of speech she has gone a step to far!!!!
