William Walker's will is read out to the family and leaves Justin reeling. He discovers that Kitty has been appointed custodian of his inheritance and he is to have only limited access to it. He disappears from his job, leaving Nora frantic. Kitty and Kevin join her on a road trip to find him.
As new President of Ojai Foods, Sarah is forced to confront her father's mismanagement of company funds. Her decision to rectify the situation could potentially close down the family business and leave the employees without a pension fund.
Against expectations, Tommy has to accept that Sarah has been appointed head of the family company. He challenges Sarah's authority and she offers to step aside.
