The eldest sibling, Sarah is a mother of two and, in Series 1, the executive vice-president of the Walker family company.
A tough business woman, she struggles to find enough time to dedicate to her personal life, and she often clashes with brother Tommy who thinks he should be the one heading up Ojai Foods.
Sarah's marriage to Joe broke up at the end of Series 1. At first they agreed to share custody of their children, but Sarah was shocked whenJoe filed for full custody. They eventually found a solution and their divorce was finalised.
A brief fling with consultant Graham Finch led to a business deal which ended with Ojai Foods having to merge with Walker Landing (Tommy and Holly's new company) in order to survive.
This season sees Sarah in a relationship with younger Frenchman Luc, while also embarking on a few shrewd business deals.

Australian actress Rachel Griffiths has received three Golden Globe nominations and two Emmy nominations for her work on Brothers and Sisters. Elsewhere, Griffiths is well known for her role as Brenda on the hit HBO series Six Feet Under, a role which brought her two more Emmy nominations and a Golden Globe. Her many film appearances include Muriel's Wedding (which was to become her breakthrough performance), My Best Friend's Wedding, The Rookie and Ned Kelly.
