That Holly Harper is the cause of much distress to the Walker family. Remember the infamous cake fight between her and Nora in Series 1?
Beautiful and intelligent, she had a long-term affair with patriarch William Walker, although she always understood that her relationship with him was secondary to his family.
Holly once had a fling with Nora's brother Saul and is now CEO of Ojai Foods, much to Sarah's chagrin.
In Series 5, Holly is suffering from a bad case of amnesia following the crash. Her ailment leads to confusion and pain, but ultimately there's hope for her future.
Holly is played by Patricia Wettig
Best known for her work on the hit 1980s drama series thirtysomething, Patricia Wettig earned three Emmys and one Golden Globe Award for her role as Nancy Weston.
Wettig is an accomplished actor with a wide variety of credits in film and television. Most recently she played the role of Vice President Caroline Reynolds in Prison Break. She has recurred in numerous television series, including Alias, Boomtown, The Practice, St. Elsewhere, among many others, and has starred in the films City Slickers, City Slickers II, Guilty by Suspicion, and Me and Veronica.
Wettig has worked extensively on the stage and earned an MFA in playwriting from Smith College in 2001. She currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband. They have two grown children.
