Viktoria Modesta is a British singer-songwriter and model. She wrote and performed the Prototype track for this collaboration.
In 2007 she underwent a voluntary below-the-knee leg amputation to improve her mobility. Due to negligence at her birth she had suffered lasting problems with her left leg.
Her physicality has become known for challenging the modern perception of altered beauty.
She began a music career 4 years ago and since then she’s performed at London and Milan Fashion weeks as well as regular shows throughout London’s music and club scenes.
She has been featured in international publications such as The New York Times, Vogue, iD, and Grazia.
At the 2012 Paralympics closing ceremony Viktoria performed as the Snow Queen to a live performance of Coldplay’s ‘42’.
