Series 1 Summary
The craze for body modification is bigger than ever, with tens of thousands of us going through painful procedures in a bid to stand out from the crowd. But at the same time growing numbers of people are coming to seriously regret what they've had done.
From extreme piercings to big boobs and extreme tattoos, Katie Piper hears from people hoping to reverse body modifications they now regret and people about to go ahead with major body work of their own.
Episode 1 - My Tattoo Hell: Part I
Katie meets Grant, who has an obscene tattoo on his eyelid and undergoes a painful and highly risky laser procedure to have it removed.
There's also Merlisa, who has a massive tattoo across her chest from her youth. Now Merlisa wants to get it off her chest and also to persuade 19-year-old Dija not to get a lion's face tattooed across her back.
There's also Dominic, who after just three days together with new flame Stefan got his new lover's name inked on his neck. He and Stefan broke up three days later.
Matthew is tattooed from head to toe - including his manhood, which is inked bright blue in support of his favourite football team, Birmingham City.
And Katie meets 68-year-old Marion Hollier, who caused a stir in the 70s when she appeared tattooed and bare breasted on the cover of a top-selling album. She discovers if Marion has tattoo regrets 40 years on?
Episode 2 - My Piercing Hell
Katie Piper meets Emily, a Croydon girl with earlobes the size of coke cans. Now Emily is desperate to get her natural look back, but will it be possible?
Meanwhile Jodie, a 23-year-old beautician from Luton, is pierced and tattooed all over, but wants to take her body modifications to the next level by getting permanent holes punched through the top of her ears. Katie introduces Emily to Jodie.
Pete has serious regrets about a very big tattoo that's made him a laughing stock among his mates: his tattoo tribute to his favourite pop star, Pink, looks more like Justin Bieber.
Katie meets trainee lawyer Cherelle, who dreams of having dimples like Cheryl Cole's by having a circular core punched out of each cheek.
Katie also meets junior doctor Lylah, a high-heel fan who is exploring a new procedure in which filler cushions are injected into the feet.
Episode 3 - My Tattoo Hell: Pt II
Katie Piper heads to the party town of Magaluf, where thousands of holiday-makers often get tattoos that they come to regret.
Stefan got one when drunk on holiday. He woke up one morning and found he had an obscene message on his arm about a man called Barry.
Katie meets 24-year-old Liz from Manchester, who's on her way to have a bee tattooed on each knee, while Jeema regrets the small dragon tattoo that sits just above her bikini line that gets mistaken for pubic hair.
Callum regrets getting his ears stretched and now faces having his lobes sliced off.
Claire, from Ramsbottom, hates the tattoo her ex inked across her thigh.
There's also Heather, who plucked her eyebrows so much that she doesn't have any left and faces surgery.
Episode 4 - My Big Boob Hell
Katie Piper meets Nicola, who regrets having her boobs doubled in size. She also explores the new trends of 'titooing' and 3-D subdermal implants, and the damage that hair weaves can do.
Katie also explores the latest trend of 'titooing', while Emma from Portsmouth wants the tattoo of ex-EastEnders star Lucy Benjamin removed from her leg.
And Scott prepares for a subdermal implant of a 3-D skull beneath the surface of his skin.
