About the Show
Animated US comedy. Burger bar boss Bob Belcher has big ideas about burgers, sauces and sides but not so many about customer service and business management...
Series 2 Summary
The animated US comedy returns for a second season as restaurateur Bob Belcher continues to run his hamburger joint with help from his wife Linda and children Tina, Gene and Louise.
The kids go hunting for treasure in an abandoned sweet factory, but an alarmed Bob and Linda must find them in a hurry because the building is scheduled to be demolished.
A bank robber holds up the bank across the street from Bob's restaurant and, when the robbery inevitably goes awry, Bob finds himself at the centre of a hostage crisis.
Synchronized Swimming: The kids try to trick their way out of going to physical education classes. Bob introduces a new soft-serve ice cream machine to the restaurant.
Bob becomes obsessed with an old-school, burger-flipping video game after his business rival Jimmy Pesto gets the highest score and writes an insulting message about him on the leader board.
Food Truckin': Food trucks start to steal Bob's customers from right outside his restaurant, so his family persuades him to buy a similar vehicle and compete with them. [SL]
Dr. Yap: Linda's sister Gayle goes to pick up Bob after an appointment with the dentist, but in his heavily medicated state, Bob mistakes her for Linda and kisses her.
Moody Foodie: Bob thinks his customers will stay away when his restaurant gets a terrible review from a malicious critic, but his plan to confront the critic backfires. [SL]
Bad Tina: In an attempt to attract the romantic attention of Jimmy Jr, Tina starts hanging around with Tammy, a badly behaved girl at school, but her scheme goes awry. [SL]
