  1. Great well balanced series. Having worked in immigration,it all seems a bit of a smoke and mirrors excercise though.Any saving the govt may show on returning long term unemployed to the workplace will straightway be spent on immigrants and asylum seekers presenting as high need with several children and usually single. Perhaps you may contemplate a program on this area ,given that the govt is not keen on transparency on the subject.

  2. if the client is siick or suffering from an injury why do they not reffer the person to a specialist rather than to a benefit advisor or private medical advisor without a medical background.without exrays or medical doctors reports its pointless to ask a sick person to work.
