Three young and spirited travellers embark on the adventure of a lifetime - to explore the uncharted forests of the Amazon. Yossi, Kevin and Marcus put their trust in a charismatic guide who lures them into the forest with promises of forgotten villages and undiscovered tribes in untamed jungle.
But the guide is not all he seems and neither village nor tribe appear to exist. Things soon turn sour and the group head for home. When one of them succumbs to a horrible foot-eating fungus, they decide to split up. Two of the travellers fight their way back to civilization, facing disaster at every turn. But what of the other traveller and the guide? Will they ever be seen again?
