Hindus and pagans worship both gods and goddesses but Christian and other major faiths have traditionally held to the view that God is a male figure. 4thought.tv asks: Could your God be a woman? Rabbi Debbie Young-Somers uses male and female language for God, who she says is beyond gender. When Debbie alternated between he and she for God in a sermon it became a talking point in her congregation.
