The four finalists for this year's 4 New Sensations competition have been announced. Find out who they are, and more about their 3 Minute Wonder films.

4 New Sensations was launched in 2007 by Channel 4 and The Saatchi Gallery to find the most imaginative and talented artists graduating in the UK and to support students leaving art college.

The four 2009 finalists are: Oliver Beer, Andreas Blank, Nick Goss and Regine Petersen. You can find out more about them, and the 20 shortlisted artists, on The Saatchi Gallery website.

An exhibition of the shortlisted artists will take place on Friday 9th October to Sunday 18th October 2009 at the A Foundation at the Rochelle School in Shoreditch.

All four finalists will be given a bursary to make a new work to present at the exhibition, and each of these New Sensations will have a 3 Minute Wonder film made about them which will also be aired in October.

The ultimate winner of the competition will be awarded prize money to support his or her future artistic endeavours.

We would like to thank this year's sponsors and partners: the A Foundation, Moncler, Becks and POP.
