An English teenager from the village of Crowhurst, called away to war on the day of his wedding to Judith. Tofi has barely left his village before, let alone fought in battle.

The name Tofi is Anglo-Saxon for 'Born To Rule'.

Your programme on the exection of Paul Gadd was brilliant. As a Gary Glitter fan from the 70's there is no way I would have fought for this man's reprieve. The programme showed the awful reality of capital punishment. There is a place in our society for the ulimate pinishment. I fully endorse the aims of the programme and truly hope this is the beginning of the revival of the ultimate punishment for terrible crimes.

i think tofi(mike) is so cute, and i love the battle of hasting. before watching the programe i was sad and depressed but now i feel happy as i thought that them people fought for there lives and i should be happy and there are worse conditions to be in. my friends keep on acting all funny as i go on about Tofi (mike) all the time and about it ends really happily but i would love a new episode about what happend's next.
